Our Commitment
We want every detail to meet expectations. If something goes wrong, here is how we typically handle refunds and fees.
Payment Timing
You may pay on completion, or a deposit may be collected when the appointment is confirmed—whichever your confirmation states.
Cancellations
- Cancellations with ample notice (e.g., 24–48 hours, as stated at booking) generally incur no fee.
- Late cancellations may forfeit a deposit or incur a fee to cover blocked calendar time.
- No-shows may be charged up to the scheduled service value at our discretion.
Service Issues & Redos
If workmanship falls short, contact us within 48 hours of service with photos when possible. We may offer a redo or a partial/full refund at our discretion.
