Agreement to Terms
By booking services with Hazeltine Detailing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Service Description
Hazeltine provides mobile auto detailing (exterior, interior, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related services) at customer locations across the Twin Cities metro, subject to scheduling and weather.
Booking & Pricing
- Site pricing is representative; final price depends on vehicle size, condition, and add-ons confirmed before service.
- Deposits or pre-authorization may apply; terms are stated at booking.
- Changes on site (extra paint correction, stain work, etc.) require your approval before we proceed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Reasonable notice is required; specific windows and any fees are communicated when you book.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future appointments.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide access to the vehicle and a safe work area where local rules allow.
- Disclose prior damage, PPF, wraps, or sensitivities that could affect service.
- Remove valuables; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Weather & Site Conditions
Exterior work may be postponed in unsafe weather. We reschedule with you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hazeltine Detailing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for a given job is limited to the amount paid for that service unless law requires otherwise. Pre-existing damage or manufacturer issues are outside our warranty.
